Gerber Village, 1840 Hendersonville Road in south Asheville has been purchased by Babyfish Two LLC for $8.9 Million. Asheville Savings Bank loaned the LLC $3 Million toward the purchase.
Babyfish Two was formed on Aug. 22, 2011. The listed organizer and member is Elizabeth Julie Vann Thrasher, of Anna Maria, Fla. Elizabeth Julie Van Thrasher & Michael S. Thrasher are the managers of the LLC.
