One of the most monumental and influential musical figures of the past century – the composer and performer Terry Riley – will be joining the Moogfest line up this year, presenting a special concert. Speaking of Brian Eno, Warp Records has announced the exclusive pre-release of Eno’s new EP, Panic Of Looking, at Harvest Records in Asheville during the Moogfest weekend, giving festival attendees the opportunity to pick up the new release before anyone else in the world. Eno will be attending Moogfest 2011 for the opening of his video installation, 77 Million Paintings. He will also be presenting an “Illustrated Talk” on Saturday afternoon during the festival. ...
