From the press release:
Theatre UNCA will stage Thornton Wilder’s Pulitzer Prize-winning “Our Town,” with seven performances from October 20-29. This family-friendly 1938 drama uses the daily life of a mythical small New England town to present a vision of love and marriage, death and eternity. All productions by Theatre UNCA are open to the public.

Playwright and Literature Professor David Hopes will join the largely student cast of “Our Town.” A trio of other faculty will also make rotating appearances as the long-winded Professor Willard. “Our Town” will be directed by Lise Kloeppel, assistant professor of drama, who joined UNC Asheville’s faculty in 2008, and has acted in several previous Theatre UNCA productions.

Curtain will be 7:30 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, with a 2 p.m. performance on Sunday, Oct. 23, in UNC Asheville’s Carol Belk Theatre. General admission tickets are $10, $5 for students, and are available online, at the box office one hour before curtain, or by calling 828/232-2291.
