Then it was time to see what they came for. Oddysey center for ceramic arts has a new entryway. A 200-square-foot ceramic mural depicting life in the RAD, including a 2-foot-tall coffee cup, train tracks, hearts and hand prints.
The artists, Kathy Triplett and Alex Irvine worked with new and recycled materials and took inspiration from life in the RAD to create the unique design which was well received by viewers. "Wow," said Jason Sither, "It looks like how I feel when I walk up this street. Amazing."
