Just in case anyone is wondering -- and how could you not, really? -- the young woman in anthropomorphic "fursuit" in the video is, indeed, a self-proclaimed furry. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Furry_fandom)
I asked her why she was wearing her fursuit out, and she responding with "It's Friday," which seemed as reasonable an answer as any. She also told me that she was a little surprised that so few people seemed to notice her she was in full-on "fursona." I told her that it's Asheville, and after a few years in this town, you learn to tune stuff out.

The "Furry" community in North Carolina - in Asheville, is actually pretty strong. :) We sometimes have get-togethers and go out for pizza and bowling, all in those suits! It's a fun time, and let me tell you all the kiddies love seeing all the 'animal people'!

Just a note, for any of the local furries in the Carolinas that might see this, we have a budding community forum. =)

I am naturally hirsute, so I don't need a fursuit.
