Asheville’s League of American Cyclist-Certified instructors will lead an afternoon class on bicycle commuting skills on Saturday, December 10th. Combining classroom discussions with outdoor biking lessons, the course hopes to increase confidence in cyclists of all levels.
Course topics will include:
-Bike and Equipment Choices
-Route Selection & Backup Plans
-Drive Your Bike (Vehicular Cycling)
-Inclement Weather –Be Prepared
-Bicyclist Friendly Workplaces
-Winter Cycling –Gear and Safety
Saturday, December 10th
4:30 – 7:00 PM
