Henderson County commissioners issued a letter to Sheriff Rick Davis Tuesday asking Davis to clear up rumors about a settlement that might have been made on his behalf in a sexual harassment case.
The letter, written by Chairman Tommy Thompson on behalf of the commissioners, asks Davis to make public the details of any claim made against him while he was acting as sheriff which may have been covered by the county's insurers. The letter also requests that Davis respond no later than 5 p.m. Monday. ...
