Yes, the ultra-rightwing John Lockers are lining up behind ALEC and Art Pope. Privatization is King. Funny though, how they couldn't convince more than 44 out of 100 County managers to even bother to respond to this survey.
Do it for more than 3 years with a majority of Counties responding, it might have weight. Otherwise it's just chaff.

And equally funny is how the big-money Pope & ALEC machines get rolling, & the "highly principled" 'Lockers' fall in line: that privatization is universally good for NC communities (despite the evidence...)
