Year-end clearance on 2011 homeless animals is being offered by the Asheville Humane Society. The fees for each pet in the Adoption Center will be $12 on Friday, Dec. 30, from noon-6 p.m., and Saturday, Dec.31, from 10a.m.-4p.m. All these loving, amazing animals deserve a new life and a new year filled with the love of a family, say Humane Society officials.
