Chain-free Asheville making fences for those in need

According to the Asheville Citizen-Times, Volunteers with ChainFree Asheville have built fences for nearly 100 dogs since the nonprofit was founded in 2008 by Patrick and Peggy Irwin. The group, with about 25 volunteers, builds fences for low-income residents who chain animals and who otherwise could not afford to construct an enclosure of their own, executive director Tiffany Cannoncro said.Read the full article
