According to WLOS (TV), The Asheville Fire Department received a letter from the NC Department of Labor following the department’s inspection that resulted after the death of Captain Jeff Bowen last July.
According to the letter, the inspection will not result in any violations of any NC OSH standards. The agency does have several recommendations based upon the information obtained during the inspection. Read the full article
