Redistricting in North Carolina. Political scientist and commentator Dr. George Peery of Mars Hill offers a public speech and discussion on redistricting in North Carolina. The popular Mars Hill College professor, who also spent a short stint with the National Conference of State Legislatures in Denver, Colorado, recently announced plans to retire, effective next fall. He first joined the college faculty in 1969.
