I'd like to know why the city of Hendersonville is able to stay aloof from the current saga over whether Asheville will be forced into a regional water authority drawn up by the Representatives of the districts to the south of us, which will in effect annex the municipal infrastructure of Asheville to satisfy the economic growth of north Henderson county.
McGrady, or McStalin, as he has become known, has said that Hendersonville will not be involved. Why is this fair?
