Dead Leaf Echo from New York describes their name as "Conjured images of drugged passions fading into nihilistic apprehension." That's a good summation of the band's sound, too. Dreamy, plush, atmospheric morphine pop with hints of Joy Division, Psychedelic Furs and Mazzy Star and something more — something immediate and incandescent.
