From the press release:
Hendersonville, N.C. (April 9, 2012) – In honor of National Foster Care Month in May, Park Ridge Health is coordinating with Henderson County Social Services to collect books for children in foster care. Park Ridge Health will hold an on-campus book drive from May 11 - May 18. Children in foster care typically have very few personal items, and they love receiving books! Foster care families welcome new or gently used books for children of all ages. Collection boxes will be stationed in the front lobby and at the Café at Park Ridge Health. To find out about more ways to help or for information about foster parenting, please contact Darlene Stone at 828.694.6252 or families4kids@hendersoncountydss.org.
