From the press release:
May 1, 2012--The newly opened Asheville Yoga Donation Studio, located at 239 S. Liberty Street, invites the Asheville community to attend a week of its full schedule of classes entirely for free, from Sunday, May 20 through Friday, May 25, as part of an open house to welcome all students, new and seasoned.

The pay-what-you-can studio opened its doors on January 1 in the former Asheville Yoga Center location, where yoga has flourished since 2001. Upholding AYC’s mission of making yoga accessible to as many people as possible, the new studio takes that goal a step farther, opening to all students, regardless of experience level or financial means.

Providing a broad spectrum of teachers and yoga styles, the new studio boasts tried-and-true classes such as Flow, Beginner, and Restorative, but also includes some unique, creative styles, such as Tween Yoga, Yoga for Survivors, Yoga for Women’s Health, and Warm Lotus Flow. Students of a musical bent can enjoy kirtan and live music in Jivamukti and Harmony Flute Flow classes.

Attendees of the open house should prepare to enjoy the vitality, authenticity, and dedication of these diverse and experienced teachers, who are working to build a thriving donation-based studio.
