Guthy-Renker Fulfillment Services is adding 100 new positions in its call center in Arden, according to a news release from the company. The new positions are being added as a result of having been chosen by a technology company to be the primary call center for customer service and inquiry calls, as well as growth of other customer service accounts.
“This expansion shows how opportunities open up when excellence is recognized and appreciated,” said Walter Gross, senior vice president of Fulfillment Services. “Our team outperformed the competition, and we’re delighted to be bringing more jobs into the area as a result.”Read the full article
