The Buncombe County Veterans Services Unit is moving from 40 Coxe Avenue. It will re-open on Monday, August 15 at 8:00 a.m. in the County Administration Building. To get there, you can enter the front of the building (205 College Street) and take the elevator down to the basement level, or enter at the back of the building (11 Valley Street).
Valley Street is behind the Buncombe County Courthouse and is accessible from the round-about on College Street. Reserved parking for veterans is available outside the office in designated spots on Valley Street, or at the County Parking Deck on College Street. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.Read the full article
