Women face numerous challenges managing a career in today’s labor workforce. With women comprising 46 percent of the U.S. workforce, having solutions for these challenges can create a solid foundation for planning a career that is a good fit both personally and professionally. With all the career options now available to women, it is more important than ever for women to be prepared with enough information to be able to create a thoughtful career plan that will support their career and personal goals.

Women’s Career Exploration Group

Asheville, NC--Women’s Career Exploration Group, facilitated by Susan Grosoff-Feinblatt, Career Counselor, LPC, is a 6-week long interactive group to help women in transition with their current careers or women who are considering reentering the workforce, have the knowledge and information needed to make a successful career transition. Through the use of assessments, group discussion, support and insights we will discover together each participant’s unique combination of skills, interests, preferences, values and lifestyle needs. In addition, the group will learn how to use this information to create a satisfying and meaningful career that works.
