The Business Improvement District (BID) Initial Permanent Board will hold a special meeting on Thursday, February 7, 2013, at 8:30 a.m. in the Aloft Hotel (Tactic Room), located at 51 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, N.C. The purpose of the meeting will be to affirm the Board Structure, review the North Carolina Open Meeting policy, hear Committee reports, and discuss task sequencing.
