Why: Life truly is a cabaret, old chum, and ArtSpace Charter School wants you to taste the wine, hear the band and start celebrating. Your table is waiting. The school will once again throw its After-Hours Cabaret, an evening of visual delights, stirring music and a silent auction that will throw you back to Berlin.
Local favorites The Secret B-Sides will join with Free Planet Radio, jazz vibraphonist Jason DeCristofaro and The Aerial Space Cadets to raise funds for this unique charter school. "The line up of artists contributing to this evening is a fabulous testament to the talent, energy and engagement of the local community," says ArtSpace executive director Lori Cozzi. Before the show, a vast silent auction will offer up everything from restaurant gift certificates to massages to Disney World tickets. The evening will be creative and engaging, a natural fit for "a school which champions arts-integrated learning."
