Chef alums from long-established restaurants are opening their own places (Isa's Bistro, Bull and Beggar). Two detail-obsessed pizzerias are raising the bar for pies in town (All Souls Pizza, Pizza Pura), while one restaurant is going big with biscuits (Biscuit Head).
