Local singer-songwriter Gabrielle Tee, a recent transplant to Asheville, is about to release her new album, Find My Way. Her show doubles an an open house for the recently-opened Asheville Music School Performance Loft at 126 College Ave. Saturday, Dec. 8 at 6 p.m. The show is $12 (which includes a copy of the album). Kids tickets are $5.

Here, Gabrielle performs her song, “Trouble,” with drummer Kent Spillmann. She also speaks to Xpress about what brought her to Asheville and why she dedicated her album to the late Asheville Music School owner Paul Thorpe.
