The videos have been filmed, the submissions are in, and, for the sixth year, Music Video Asheville gears up to celebrate local musicians and filmmakers. The event takes place at The Cinebarre on Wednesday, April 24. 6 p.m. networking party, 7-10 p.m. screening, 10:30 p.m. awards ceremony. $8/$10.

Xpress will give away a pair of ticket to the event through Facebook. To win, find this post on the Mountain Xpress Facebook page. In the comments field, enter the name (song title and band) of your all-time favorite music video (local or otherwise). Entries will be collected until 5 p.m. today (Thursday, April 18). A winner will be drawn at random and announced tomorrow at noon.
