Scenes from spring LEAF 2011

Occasional showers didn’t dampen spirits at the Lake Eden Arts Festival, which took place May 12-15 at Camp Rockmont in Block Mountain. In addition to a wealth of national acts, the spring 2011 edition of the biannual music and arts celebration featured fantastic performances by some of Asheville’s best homegrown groups, including Josh Phillips Folk Festival, Boom Chix, and Secret Agent 23 Skidoo.

This short video of the festivities highlights sets from the Josh Phillips Folk Festival, Boom Chix, Angelique Kidjo and more.
