Trouble with the Best of WNC poll?

Did you have trouble with the Best of WNC poll this past weekend? Are you trying to log in to your saved poll, but encounter error messages? Xpress used a new survey program this year, and we’ve got the glitches cleaned up. Read on if you experienced problems. If you’re voting for the first time, it should be calm waters from here on out.

Problem: I saved my poll on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, and now I can’t log back in.
Solution: You may have to start the poll anew. If you didn’t get very far, this is the best option. You may need to empty your browser cache. If you don’t know how to do this, a quick search online will show you.

Problem: But I filled out the whole thing!
Solution: Email jbartell@mountainx.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Problem: I set up an account on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, but didn’t vote yet, and I can’t start the poll.
Solution: Empty your browser cache and start anew.

Problem: I want my favorite businesses and people to win!
Solution: Vote! And tell your friends to vote! And tell your friends to tell their friends to vote!

If your problem wasn’t covered in this post, please let us know in the comments field and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. If you experience problems with the poll at any time, email jbartell@mountainx.com or webmaster@mountainx.com.

It only takes a moment.
