Washington, D.C. – After showing leadership on the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, Representative Mark Meadows (NC-11) will now be serving as the Vice Chairman of the Subcommittee on Government Operations. Chairman Issa and Representative Meadows had the following to say about the new assignment:

Meadow’s small business leadership experience is extremely valuable for the committee,” said Chairman Issa. “Rep. Meadows has already been making important contributions to the agenda of the Government Operations Subcommittee, which is charged with saving money by making government work better, and his role as Vice-Chair will increase his involvement.”
