Endocrinologist to Present Free Seminar and Open House
Hendersonville, N.C. (Jan. 3, 2012) – Fellowship-trained endocrinologist Aysha Inankur, M.D., will present a free educational seminar about diabetes management on Thursday, Jan. 17, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at The Health Adventure in Biltmore Square Mall. The presentation, entitled “Lifestyle Approaches to Diabetes,” and meet-and-greet is specially designed for those who would like to know more about managing diabetes through planning and daily lifestyle changes. Free refreshments will be provided.

The community is also invited to an open house at Dr. Inankur’s practice, Park Ridge Health Endocrinology, on Tues., Feb. 5, from 4:30 – 6 p.m. Park Ridge Health Endocrinology is located on the campus of Park Ridge Health at 81 Doctors Drive in Hendersonville. At this free event, meet Dr. Inankur and find out more about the services she and her team provide, including management of diabetes, metabolic diseases, thyroid diseases, osteoporosis and hypertension. About Aysha Inankur, M.D.:

Dr. Inankur provides care for diseases that affect glands throughout the body, including diabetes, thyroid diseases, osteoporosis, metabolic diseases and hypertension.

Dr. Inankur received her medical degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Kettering Medical Center in Ohio and her fellowship in endocrinology at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Inankur is board-certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
