A naked man who had been a patient at Mission Hospital went on a violent rampage in front of Asheville High School on Thursday morning, attacking and injuring a student.
The man also bit a teacher and school resource officer who tried to help the student and punched a woman who was taking her dog to a nearby grooming business before police managed to subdue him in the middle of McDowell Street in front of the high school.
