Adult masters tennis short-court event, June 6

The Crowne Plaza Tennis & Golf Resort (also known as Asheville Racquet Club-Downtown) will host a free masters tennis public event for adults on Saturday, June 6, 2015.  Registration for participants begins at 12:30 p.m. with activity on court starting at 1 pm.  Masters tennis is perfect for those new to the game, players who stopped playing full-court tennis due to injuries, and even experienced players looking for a new challenge with friends.  Free fun, food and prizes.  Bring a friend and bring your racquet.  Racquets will also be available for use.  The Mountain League CTA Masters Committee and Kelly Gaines, Executive Director of North Carolina Tennis welcome  Christine Murphy, the Florida USTA Masters Tennis Coordinator who will be on-court sharing the fun of masters tennis.
