All Go West Music Festival announces lineup

2014 marks the 4th year for what has become one of the most highly regarded, free music festivals in the Asheville area. All Go West takes place in West Asheville, the heart of the locals community.  Attendees can easily walk to the event from surrounding residential areas and the performer lineup intends to reflect the true nature of Asheville’s eclectic and refined musical taste.  Over 30 diverse acts will perform on four stages, including a lounge stage with all vinyl DJ sets by performing artists throughout the day.

Highlights of this year’s festival:
The return of Savor The Westside, a ticketed all West Asheville food & beverage pairing from 1-3pm.

Addition of The Mothlight as a third stage.

Reunion sets by Asheville legends GFE (Granola Funk Express) and STRUT, playing together for the first time in over a decade.  Plus a reunion set by experimental trio, Delicious.

Eef Barzelay of Clem Snide fame will perform a solo set.

Grammy winning recording artist & underground hip hop legend, Doodlebug of Digable Planets, will bring his new full band project, Cee Knowledge & The Cosmik Funk Orchestra, slated to close out Isis Stage.

The Isis upstairs lounge will host vinyl DJ performances by various musicians from the bands playing at All Go West.  The concept is intended to be a quick getaway for concert goers to tune into what certain musicians are listening to on vinyl in their own homes.
