APD arrests two in May Tastee-freeze robbery

From the Asheville Police Department:

Asheville – Investigators with the Asheville Police Department charged two individuals for their roles in the May 12th Armed Robbery of the Tastee Freeze on Patton Ave. Peyton Madison Adams, 19 of Alexander was charged with Conspiring to Commit Armed Robbery, and Accessory After the Fact to Armed Robbery. Ms. Adams received a $40,000 bond.
Also charged was 19 year old Kenneth Cavelle Webb, Jr. of Asheville. Mr. Webb was charged with 5 counts of Armed Robbery, Conspiring to Commit Armed Robbery, and Assault on a Female. Mr. Webb received a $62,500 bond.

The investigation is on-going regarding the identity of the other individuals involved in the robbery. Additional information will be released when it becomes available.
