Asheville Police Department Needs Assistance Locating
Asheville – Following the recent shootings in Klondyke apartments and Ledgewood apartments, Elijah Timmons has additional warrants for:
· Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill (2)
· Discharge Firearm into Occupied Property
· Possession of Firearm by Felon (2)
· Discharge Firearm in City Limits (2)
· Injury to Real Property
· Injury to Personal Property.
Citizens should use caution if Timmons is encountered, and are encouraged to contact the Asheville Police Department at (828) 252-1110 or Crimestoppers at (828) 255-5050.
