**Assistance Needed in Identifying Jewelry Theft Suspect**

Asheville, NC (June 14, 2016):  The Asheville Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the male pictured below who entered Reeds Jewelers at the Asheville Mall at approximately 5:55 PM on June 13, 2016.  When a store clerk was showing the individual two pieces of jewelry, he grabbed both items and fled the store on foot.  The male was described as wearing white pants, a blue and white stripped button up shirt, blue eyes and sandy blonde hair.

If anyone has any information regarding the identity or location of this individual, they are urged to contact the Asheville Police Department at (828) 252-1110 or Buncombe County Crime Stoppers at (828) 255-5050.
