Asheville filmmaker Katie Damien took up directing, filming and production duties for her most recent short film project, entitled The Perfect Spot. The film follows three young men on a night out downtown, which unfolds outrageously successfully shortly after, and seemingly due to, their securing the perfect parking spot on Wall Street.

The Perfect Spot, submitted under the group name Gorilla with a Moustache, is currently in the running for the 2014 Four Points Film Project’s audience choice award. Supporters can vote for the video by liking it before midnight on Sunday, Nov. 23.
