Asheville/Buncombe County extend Code Purple freeze warning through Nov. 22

From the City of Asheville:

Asheville/Buncombe County Code Purple has been extended

In response to predicted severe cold weather, the Code Purple that was been issued for Asheville and Buncombe County for Nov. 19-21 has now been extended through Nov. 22.

Everyone is urged to encourage people to seek safe shelter in the below-freezing temperatures.
