Black Mountain News: Area charter high school approved

From Black Mountain News:

The Franklin School of Innovation, a proposed charter school to serve students in the Buncombe County school system, received unanimous support this week from the Charter School Advisory Council. The school, which would open with grades six through nine in 2014 and eventually serve all high school grades, would be the first charter high school in the region.
