Blue Ridge Now: Park Ridge Health purchases Four Seasons Cinema site

From Blue Ridge Now:

The former site of the Four Seasons Cinema, which is located 1.5 miles away from Pardee Hospital, now belongs to the Fletcher-based hospital Park Ridge Health.

According to documents filed with the Henderson County Register of Deeds Office on June 19, the deed for the property at 1300 7th Ave. East changed hands effective June 20. Once owned by real estate agents Jeffrey C. Justus of Hendersonville and Winston W. Pulliam, Jr. of Asheville, the property was granted to both Fletcher Hospital, Inc. and Park Ridge Health.
