Home occupation amendment passed by planning board

At Monday night’s Black Mountain Planning Board meeting, members sought to reach a consensus regarding the proposed amendment to the home occupations section of the land use code. After discussion between members of the board, town staff, and local residents, the board voted unanimously to approve a modified version of the amendment.
