Bone & Broth announces management change

From Bone & Broth:

Bone & Broth announces management change

After steering Bone & Broth Restaurant on Charlotte St. to a great start up, Kim Murray will be leaving and turning over management of the restaurant to Damon Brown.

Damon has recently relocated from Savannah Georgia, with his wife, Marie, who has taken the position of Marketing and Sales Director of the Asheville area for McKibbon Hospitality.

Damon’s focus will be to continue to steer Bone & Broth in the direction it has been going with the possible addition of being open on Sundays, and the addition of more small plates to the menu. There are no other changes to the concept or staff.

“Having come from Savannah and Atlanta, I am thrilled to be a part of the growing and energetic Asheville restaurant scene. It is an honor to join the team at Bone & Broth and I look forward to our team contributing to this vibrant community,” said Brown
