Bring food for MANNA FoodBank, get a free workout

Keith Wimsett, owner of O3 Health and Fitness, today announced MANNA FoodBank food drives will take place at both locations on Saturdays, beginning on March 10.

When you bring in food items to a 45-minute boot camp class, the class is free. Saturday boot camp at the 554 Riverside Drive location starts at 8:30 am; at the 856 Sweeten Creek Road location class starts at10 am.

“We are acutely aware of the needs of this community. With the recent news about the Asheville area being ranked as the third-worst in food hardship in 2011, we want to do our part to help the community to get healthy,” explained Wimsett.
