Carolina Brotherhood announces 2nd annual ride across North and South Carolina

From the Asheville Fire Department:

The Carolina Brotherhood ride covering 700 miles to honor 6 fallen police officers from North and South Carolina will be riding through Asheville this Friday, August 16, 2013. This year’s 27 bicycle riders, including 6 from the Asheville Fire Department, will stop for a quick refueling break at the downtown station, at 100 Court Plaza, around 9:15 a.m. on Friday before hitting the road to their final destination of Boone, NC.
