When: 5-8pmOur pre-event hike will head out at 4pm from Cabin Ridge. Please email or call to register for this! Meet at the event site at 3:45pm.
Order of the Evening:
Welcome Drinks and Appetizers 5-6pm
Dinner Buffet opens at 6:00pm
Silent Auction bidding closes 6:45pm
Trip Raffle purchase tickets by 6:45pm
Drawing to follow live auction
Live auction bidding begins 6:45pm
Auction check-out begins 7:15-8pmEnjoy the music of Nitrograss all evening
