The James Beard Foundation named two Asheville chefs to the semifinalist list for its 2013 awards. Katie Button, chef at Cúrate, and Elliott Moss, chef at The Admiral, both made the list.
Finalists’ names will be released on Monday, March 18.
Button was nominated for Rising Star Chef of the Year. She was a semifinalist for that award last year.
Moss is in the running for Best Chef in the Southeast.
