UPDATE: Comedian Matt Braunger cancels show at The Millroom, Nov. 3

UPDATE: Matt Braunger is unable to perform in Asheville. He has accepted a position on the “Agent Carter” television show and offers the following message to fans:

North Carolina, it breaks my heart to do so but I’m having to postpone all my shows for next week. I was offered a job I couldn’t pass on. Good problem to have, but a tough one. I didn’t want to cancel on you, but I have to. Sadly. Sorry to Asheville, Charlotte, Durham, and Wilmington. I will reschedule, I promise. Thanks for your understanding. Love, DingDonger.

Here is the original press release, published by Xpress on Oct. 8:

A popular comedy actor, Matt’s additional TV credits include cast member of the popular TruTV series How to Be a Grown Up and appearances on The Pete Holmes Show, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. Garfunkel and Oates, Family Tree, The Michael J Fox, Happy Endings, HBO’s Family Tree, United States of Tara, Pushing Daisies, Carpoolers, and more.

A heralded stand-up, Matt’s “Big, Dumb Animal” special is his second hour special and third album. In 2010, he recorded his half hour Comedy Central Presents special and in 2012 released his debut hour-long special entitled “Shovel Fighter,” also released as an album.
