Diamond Brand Manufacturing is proud to announce that it has been recognized as the runner-up finisher in the 2014 American Made Outdoor Gear Awards Competition in the company’s with 51-100 employees category.

Recognized widely for its domestic manufacturing of canvas products for the U.S. Military and Boy Scouts of America, Diamond Brand was appreciative of the recognition.

“We were honored to compete alongside of some of the most well-known names in the outdoors industry,” said Will Gay, President and CEO—Diamond Brand Manufacturing. “There are still many great outdoor gear manufacturers who value domestic manufacturing, so for us to be recognized as of the tops in our category is truly rewarding.”

Conceptualized and hosted by Kokatat Inc., (www.kokatat.com) leading US manufacturer of technical apparel and gear for paddle sports, the 2014 American Made Outdoor Gear Award was open to all American outdoor gear manufacturers with a compelling story. Kokatat will recognize the winners of the 2014 American Made Outdoor Gear Awards at a presentation on day 1 at Outdoor Retailer Winter Market.
