Doubletree by Hilton Asheville-Biltmore hotel awarded CARE Cup honor

Asheville, N.C.  – The DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville-Biltmore has been awarded the prestigious CARE Cup for the first quarter of 2014 by the DoubleTree by Hilton brand as part of its Brand Awards program, the results of which were announced in June. This year marks the second year the hotel has won this award, as the DoubleTree Biltmore team also won the Quarterly Honor in 2002.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Quarterly CARE Cup is awarded to the DoubleTree hotel that best exemplifies the brand’s CARE values, which include customer service and satisfaction, employee recognition, and community involvement.

According to the DoubleTree brand, this victory has been achieved through hard work and diligence. The DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville-Biltmore won the CARE Cup by working extremely hard quarter after quarter to constantly improve in their quest for the CARE Cup. Their focused efforts have paid off as they raised their customer service scores to number 2 in the brand, and embraced the CARE Culture both at their property and within their community.

Representatives from the DoubleTree by Hilton will be traveling to Asheville at Noon on Thursday, July 10, to present the award to the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville – Biltmore team during an on-property awards ceremony.
