Eagle Street Coffee Emporium is permanently closing at the end of February, according a social media post by the company.

“[We are] going out of business,” reads the cafĂ©’s facebook page. “I’m sad to say it’s all over at the end of this month.”

The owners are encouraging locals who have mugs at the storefront to collect their items before the end of February. Management has also planned a final farewell for Friday, Feb. 26, at 6 p.m. The event will include potluck food and music by singer/songwriter Jonathan Santos.

“Come out and party,” reads the same online post. “We are going out with a BANG!”
