What: Earth Fare, the authentic natural and organic foods grocery store, invites Asheville-area residents of all ages to run, jog, or walk to the finish line when it hosts its 4th annual 5K event on Saturday, May 14 at Carrier Park.
Runners will compete for several prizes in male and female categories. Participants of all ages are also invited to join the One-Mile Fun Run around the track at the park. Post-race, guests are invited to celebrate in the park with food, drinks, entertainment, and prize announcements. Attendees over 21 can also enjoy a complimentary adult beverage from Highland Brewing Company or Urban Orchard.
Registration is only $30, and includes an Earth Fare 5K t-shirt and race bag filled with samples and other vendor materials. All proceeds will benefit the Asheville Track Club. For complete information about the Earth Fare 5K and to register for the event, please visit https://www.earthfare.com/5k.
