Earth Fare gets new majority owner in $300 million deal, 570WWNC reports

“Oak Hill Capital Partners has bought about an 80 percent interest in [Earth Fare] from Cambridge, Massachusetts based Monitor Clipper Partners. The transaction is valued at approximately $300 million,” WWNC 570 Radio reports.
